One of the highlights of the Queens Baseball Convention (it is Saturday, you should come!) is the presentation of the Gil Hodges Award. This year the award goes to Tom Seaver (in absentia).

Both Uni Watch and SportsLogos.Net are confirming the changes to the 2017 Mets uniforms that have been discussed on twitter this week.
In a nutshell, no more Mr. Met patch on the blues, and we have already discussed the new cap (which I still don’t understand.)
