All is quiet in Flushing.  Here’s a look back at the most popular for the week:

PRESALES INFO:  they added a presale for 2009 Stubhub customers, and here’s the rundown of other known presales. You can also build your own 4-pack but they are pricey.  What are your thoughts about variable ticket pricing?

Re: tickets.  I was thinking that since I already have Opening Day, and the Subway Series isn’t part of any of these sales – why exactly would I rush to buy tickets?   There’s nothing I really want to see other than the HOF game.  Here’s an overanalysis of the promotions schedule.

MCFADDENS INFO: Yes Virginia, there will be a bar at Citi Field and it has batting cages.   Drunks + Bats = fun?

I’m surprised how much people are digging my blue Mets jersey.

One of the best resources for Mets news is Brian Costa in the Ledger…he covered photo day in this article. The good news is that the team wore blue caps with the white pinless (now primary) uniform.  The bad news is that they wore the same thing for photo day 2009 (why wear an alternate in a team photo? nitpick) but that doesn’t stop Charlie Samuels from dressing them like clowns.

Wow, this is interesting.  A pre-sale for people who bought tickets on Stubhub.

I may disappoint some of you but I’m not going to post the password on this site.  I don’t think that’s a cool thing to do – it’s unfair to the people who actually earned the presale, and I don’t want to give the Mets the middle finger.  I think the Fonz would give me a thumbs down if I did that.    I will tell you that it is common knowledge that in 2009 the presales used the last names of star players.
