Over here we’ve been speculating about the design. Paul’s the man, so if he says blue with a BLACK NY yo can bet on it. His commentary is a little more feisty than ours.

Mrs. Mets Police is busting my chops but I just worked ahead on the blog…there’s some really cool stuff coming up.
Tomorrow we’ll start taking a look at some pictures taken by Jimmy the Mets Fan on his season ticket holder’s tour. It will take a few days to go through the tour…Tuesday is a cool visit to the clubhouse, and a really neat pool table, Wednesday will visit the trainer’s room…and before the week is done we’ll explain this photo.
Tomorrow I’ll comment on “the letter” discussion Dan had with the Mets…and by the end of the week even David Howard will have to agree there’s at least one obstructed view seat in Citi Field.
Tuesday we’ll take a look at a very interesting comment Matt made on Metsblog as it relates to ticket prices.
Some good stuff, but right now I have to go put up the tree. You try explaining to her what I’m doing on the computer.

Wearing the #57, today’s average Mets fan is Martin.
1. I started following the Mets in 1999.
2. My favorite memory was when the Mets clinched the 2006 NL East. Cliff Floyd caught the game winner and the rest is history.
3. My worst experience were all the blown saves in 2008. Players that I wanted hunted down for killing a season: Heilman, Schoenwies, Smith, and Ayala.
What’s the one off-field thing you’d change?
4. Get more players more involved in charities and events for good causes.
If you owned the team?
5. Fire Manuel and Minaya, re-name Citi Field: Metropolitains Park, and bring in the center field wall to about 395ft.

Ah generic content, I love you so. If all goes well, my plane has landed and I am headed back to Mets Police HQ to see what happened while I was away.
