Now I remember why I usually sell my Subway Series tickets…nope it’s not just to off-set the cost….I forgot how annoying the crowds are.

This was my first Subway game at Citi Field.  I stopped attending them back in the Shea days.

I don’t know what it is – but it brings out the worst in both sets of fans.

So much yelling (negative) about nothing.  Please, shut p and drink your beer.

I lasted two innings upstairs before I resorted to what I will just call an alternative situation.   Alternative Situation was better..at least in that area the loudness was just unnecessarily screaming LETS GO METTTTTTTTSSS (not the normal cadence, the drunk kind) when on defense.

I’m glad I took my son.  We had a great day.  He now understands why I will sell the 2012’s.

Dear AT&T,

Is it too much to ask that I be able to tweet at Citi Field during a game?

OK maybe I should watch the game and not tweet.

Is it too much to ask that I upload a photo to my blog?

OK maybe I should watch the game.

Is it too much to ask that I email the photo to Media Goon so he can do it?

I guess it is.

Is it too much for a GOSH DARN TEXT MESSAGE to go through?

You know, say JOSE REYES LEAVES THE GAME and you want to know what happened.  Maybe having an AT&T iPhone would be useful.

BUT NOT AT CITI FIELD.

It’s not just me and it wasn’t just yesterday.

I may have to visit the Verizon store next time I’m there.

b) The Holiday Weekend Effect. Usually halves traffic.
