Yesterday’s ‘How I Met The Mets’ filming session

Whoa..Jesus Feliciano, where did this snow come from this morning? I wasn’t expecting that, so I’m a little slow off the draw this morning.

Yesterday, Media Goon and I spent the day working out various silliness which I’ll share throughout the day (holiday blog traffic usually drops off, so I will save the meat and potatoes posts for tomorrow)

First up, here’s a still shot of “Rusty and Joe Torre” from the upcoming How I Met The Mets: Rusty

and here is Rusty signing an autograph at Al Lang Field in 1981.  Our budget is so big that if you look closely you’ll notice Rusty is signing with a tire pressure gauge.   We forgot to bring a pen.

David Wright bowled a 259 in Mets Bowling (updated)

The word from Florida is that David Wright led Mets Bowling Night with a 259 (wow!). Mike Pelfrey was second with a 188.

@joshthole tweets he bowled 131, 130 and 163.

More scores as I get them.

….

UPDATED: @newyorkmets tweeted that Jay Horwitz led the media department with a 150.  They also tweeted several pics which I have included above.  Thanks to the Mets for the hook-up.  Seems like fun.
