For all those fans who kept their ticket plans for this year you got your reward for it. First shot at getting the 2013 All Star Game tickets if you renew your seats for next year by July 10,2012.

I renewed mine already, I know Shannon has, and also some people on twitter. I can’t wait to check all the events out next year. Sorry for the lengthy post but I am lazy today.

The Mets will host the Major League Baseball All-Star Game in July 2013 at Citi Field! Baseball’s best players will descend on New York City for three days of events at Citi Field leading up to the 84th All-Star Game, tentatively scheduled to be played on Tuesday, July 16, 2013. It’s the first time the Midsummer Classic will take place at the home of the Mets since 1964.

As a 2012 Mets 20-Game Plan or 15-Game Pack Holder, you have three unique opportunities to secure your purchase access to 2013 MLB All-Star events now:

Upgrade to Full Season Tickets for the remainder of the 2012 season and for 2013 and secure the opportunity to purchase three times the number of tickets in your 2013 season ticket account for all 2013 MLB All-Star events.
Upgrade to a 40-Game Plan for the remainder of the 2012 season and for 2013 and secure the opportunity to purchase two times the number of tickets in your 2013 40-Game Plan account for all 2013 MLB All-Star events.
Renew your 20-Game Plan or 15-Game Pack for 2013 and secure the opportunity to purchase the same number of tickets that are in your 2013 20-Game Plan or 15-Game Pack account for all 2013 MLB All-Star events.
To qualify for your choice of the above, simply place a $250 non-refundable per seat deposit for your 2013 Full Season, 40-Game Plan, or 20-Game Plan/15-Game Pack seats by July 10, 2012 by clicking on the appropriate link below. All-Star Event Seating Locations

Due to Major League Baseball requirements, seating locations cannot be guaranteed for 2013 MLB All-Star events. While efforts will be made to provide Full Season Ticket Holders with the same seat location(s) as those held in their 2013 season ticket account, in some cases it may be necessary to relocate these seats for 2013 MLB All-Star events. In the event a Full Season Ticket Holder must be relocated, the Mets will work with them to secure the best available alternate location. For accounts with less than 81 regular season games in 2013, seating locations for 2013 MLB All-Star events are likely to vary from that of their 2013 regular season seats. Please note that in all cases, seating and price category preferences are not guaranteed for any additional All-Star strips purchased, and not all additional strip purchases will be located together.
