Terry Watch Watch: me edition

This is the sort of thing that managers say in their final days.  I know TC is supposedly coming back, and I know he was a genius on June 3rd, but this is the sort of thing that managers say in their final days.  I am in no way trying to run him out of town, but this is the sort of thing that managers say in their final days, so I am adding it to the Terry Watch Watch.  Sorry Colactus.

Terry Collins acknowledged being embarrassed by tonight’s loss and said, if you want to know if this team has quit, ‘You’ve got to ask them. I have my own opinion, but I’m not going to express it publicly. … I’m not inside their heads.”

  1. i like terry hes a good guy but hes too old for this crap. he should be managing teams that are going to play hard no matter if they are in it or not. its time for the wally backman era to begin. he is a guy who will not hold back and thats something the mets have needed for many many years. last guy who didnt yake crap is now managing washington enough said. another man who didnt take crap gil hodges. most of the managers have been weak and mostly pushovers except for dallas green he was just an a hole
