I’d like to buy a copy of the BOOK book. Is it only available electronically?

There is no “Book” Book. I don’t know if or when Shannon might publish one.

    • So far just an ebook. I hope to find time to put it out in various formats including print. The reality is as a guy with job/family/blog I can only tackle a piece of the project at the time. You can get a kindle app for Windows/Mac if that interests you, but I understand people like to read on trains and buses.

You said it best: some people like to read on trains and buses. That’s when I primarily do my reading, during my commute. If it ever becomes available in print, please let me know and I’ll be the first to buy it! Thanks for responding. LGM!
