Is @AdamRubinESPN A Time Traveler?

Have you ever been watching a Mets game and something cool happens and theinstantthecoolthinghappens @adamrubinespn has not only tweeted about it but he has a full tweet with all sorts of stats and details?

He may be a quick typer but he can’t possibly type as much info that ready that quickly.

Theories:

1.  Adam is a time traveler who for some reason has chosen to tweet about Mets games from the past.

2.  Adam pre-writes tweets for every possible scenario.  He thinks to himself “if there is a 2-7-6-1-3 triple play here I will find out from Elias that that hasn’t happened since the White Sox did it to the Tigers in 1905.”  He prewrites that tweet, and if it happens he hits send.  He also never messes up and accidentally fires one.

3.  The Mets are like professional wrestling and this is all fake.

4.  “Mets” really is a TV show written by Greg Prince.

5.  SNY broadcasts games on some suspicious delay.

6.  My favorite theory: In the movie Next, Nic Cage plays a man who can see two minutes into the future.  This movie is based on Adam.

Anyway, hang out on twitter during a game and you’ll see what I mean.  Follow @adamrubinespn and of course follow @metspolice while you are following people.
