Lets Head Way Way Way Up To The Auxiliary Press Box At Yankee Stadium

I don’t know if you noticed or cared but the Yankees placed the auxiliary press box in right field.

Here’s a video from approximately where some of the press is sitting..here’s section 406.

  1. They Yankees, even in the old Stadium, put the auxiliary PB in right field. At least in the new Stadium, there is a much larger media work room, and larger dining room, where the overflow can work in inclement weather. The trick is not to show up an hour before game time.

  2. Thanks for checking in Mark – you make a good point about showing up. I sat in that section as a civilian and it was awful. It's very very far.

    I remember that as late as the Jeffrey Maier game that the Aux box was on the Main level not too far past first base. I sat there as "Clark Kent" for that game.
