Why would you show Seaver to the Reds as something to inspire Mets fans?
@corey Understanding the pain of that picture is very important to the soul of a Mets fan. The goal of the collage was to remind you of the emotional attachment you have to the team…plus I couldn’t do a history of the Mets without that one. It’s sort of hard to ignore. It is offset by the elation of the Seaver ’83 cover.
