Official word on John Maine from the Mets

MEDICAL UPDATE ON JOHN MAINE

FLUSHING, N.Y., July 24, 2010 Â– John Maine had arthroscopic surgery yesterday to clean out scar tissue in his right shoulder. The surgery was performed by Dr. Michael Cicotti in Philadelphia. Maine is expected to be ready for Spring Training.
