Last night on twitter I heard from the girl who called David Wright’s home run on SNY.  She asked me if I was making fun of her..I felt so bad!  Kara, I wasn’t making fun of you at all – we were laughing about something else and although it’s massively uncool – what some of us were giggling about was this.  Sorry sir, I know it’s jerky to link that but deep down I’m 12.
Anyway, as KaraAnne started her call I was sticking up for her yelling “she’s a kid!” and then enjoyed her David Wright home run call that includes the new catch phrase that Randy from The Apple and I love “touch em all, you deserve it.” Â So heads up, you’ll be seeing me use that phrase as time passes.
No KaraAnne, I wasn’t making fun of you. Â I was thrilled for you that you said you wanted to call a David Wright home run and then you got what you wished. Â How awesome.
