Free Water Taxi to Citi returns. Notice I said TO not both ways

Um..I guess….the no-round trip is a little funky.

The Delta Baseball Water Taxi departs Pier 11 (Wall Street) 90-minutes and 70-minutes for Mets or 60-minutes for Yankees from East 35th Street, before scheduled game time. Fans are guaranteed to arrive at the dock at Yankee Stadium and the dock at World’s Fair Marina next to Citi Field (both just a short walk to the Stadiums), 30- minutes before the first pitch.

The home run? It’s F-R-E-E.

While on board, treat yourself to a Delta signature “Fly Ball” cocktail, cold beer, soft drinks and snacks.

No reservations allowed. Seating is limited to 147 passengers per game.  Tickets can be picked up at the New York Water Taxi ticket counter at Pier 11 (Wall Street) ONLY 2 hours prior to departure.

A limited number of tickets are available online to print at home. A non-refundable $1 service fee applies to all tickets secured online. A limit of 4 tickets per person, per game applies. Click here for online tickets.

Service is only provided to the game; there is no post-game return service back to Manhattan. Passengers are not allowed to bring food and beverage aboard the Water Taxi. We recommend arriving at the Pier 30 minutes prior to departure time. Service during regularly scheduled games only.

  1. Or you can just take the 7 train for $2.50?????? Does anyone really take the water taxi?

  2. Is this the same as the Delta Water Taxi that now goes out of Pier 17 and cost a $1 and requires a reservation ?
