They did this last week too. I don’t get the meaning either.
With the K on the back, my guess is the Mets want you to stand up when there are 2 strikes.
Yea. If that’s the case though, then shouldn’t they give them out to everyone and not just a few sections?
Much like “sway for a K” back when Dwight Gooden pitched when everyone started swaying back and forth whenever he had a two-strike count, I’m assuming it’s the same thinking: stand up when Harvey gets a two-strike count. If that’s not it, then your guess is as good as mine! And hell yeah, every single person with a ticket should get a shirt, not just selected sections.
