One of the fun elements of the Queens Baseball Convention at McFadden’s Citi Field on January 18th will be the annual Mazzy Awards. (And boy if I get my dream-list moderator it will be cool).
So far Matt Harvey leads in fan voting for Mets Player Of The Year, with David Wright now catching up to Daniel Murphy for a horse race in second place.
The Award will be given out on the 18th (but it no way am I suggesting any of those folks will be there.)
However, RON DARLING AND ED KRANEPOOL WILL BE THERE, doing a Q&A session each, and also signing autographs for you!
