BRING YOUR DOG TO THE NY METS
BARK IN THE PARK EVENTS AT CITI FIELD
Sunday, April 19th vs. Miami Marlins at 1:10PM
Saturday, May 2nd vs. Washington Nationals at 7:10PM
Saturday, May 16th vs. Milwaukee Brewers at 7:10PM

Bring your dog to Bark in the Park and sit with fellow dog lovers in the Pepsi Porch. All proceeds from dog tickets and a portion of the proceeds from human tickets will benefit North Shore Animal League America. Tickets for the April 19th and May 2nd Bark in the Park events are $25 for humans and $10 for dogs. Tickets for the May 16th Bark in the Park event are $35 for humans and $10 for dogs.

Each Bark in the Park event is an excellent opportunity for dogs and their owners to get outside, get some exercise, and bond. However, this event may not be suitable for all dogs. Brachycephalic breeds (Bulldogs, Pugs, etc.) generally do not tolerate heat or excessive activity well and can develop acute respiratory distress. Heavy coated Nordic breeds (Huskies, Akitas. etc.) can also easily become overheated in hot weather. For this reason, we advise that owners of this breed consult with a veterinarian prior to attendance.

Make sure to arrive early to participate in the Dog Parade (weather permitting). Gate entry and parade route details will follow in a subsequent email.*

Attendees are asked to make sure that their pet is:
– Dog and family friendly
– Leashed at all times, in and around Citi Field, with the leash no longer than 4-6 feet
– Healthy and fully vaccinated, including rabies vaccination

In addition to details above, please note the following: Dogs will only be allowed in the Pepsi Porch area at Citi Field. Water will be made available for all dogs and will be set up to accommodate all visitors and their pets. Owners are encouraged to bring food or snacks for their dogs.

If you have any questions, please call Christina Andrews at (718) 559-3069.

*Due to time limitations, participation in the parade is not guaranteed as the New York Mets reserve the right to conclude admission to the parade as deemed necessary for game to start at scheduled time. Early arrival is recommended.
