And now we’re NOT doing a 6 man rotation. You probably have a job. If you walked into the boss/owner every 4 days having completely changed your mind on an organization philosophy ,whether that is a pitching rotation or infield defense, wouldn’t the boss think maybe you weren’t the best person. Unless you had a contract and he was too cheap to pay for someone else to do your job, and he really didn’t care about the widgets you make because he is a real estate developer.
