DID THE METS GET ANY NEW PLAYERS: No. The Pirates traded McCutchen to the Giants upsetting people who wanted the Mets to have 4 OFers. Meanwhile, Curtis Granderson is going to Toronto where he will make 9x what Adrian Gonzales is.
SLACKISH REACTION: The best thing I did was to eliminate all the venomous people on twitter. My Mets-hang experience is back to being about fun and I feel much better about myself. Those people really need to let the hate go, it’s just a baseball team.

X-FILES: caught up on the newest season and still can’t get my head around that (character) is (character’s)(relationship). But I do like the fan suggestion that this season is in a simulation because the aliens really did land in 2012…and if you watched episode 2 the truth is kinda out there.
