Look at this dog I saw at Citi Field on Opening Day. This is the face of a dog that has seen at all.
Take a quick glance. I see resolve. This dog hasn’t been to a World Series parade since he was 17, and he’s gonna be 50 soon and he’s still waiting. Maybe this year is the year.
Now look at the eyes. Look closer. Do you see the sadness? There’s a real sadness behind his eyes. Almost a fear. Almost like he knows this hot start can’t last.
This dog has seen it all and survived. And if you look at his acting chops, he’s the Tom Hanks of dogs. So much backstory in just one look.
