This is clearly a rules violation. As the opposing manager I would have requested the umpires make the player change.
Interestingly, David DID change after coming out. He wore a blue undershirt for the postgame speech!
I am going to miss this particular rules violation….and remember kids, they are MLB’s rules, not mine.
I also think I saw David fraternizing with some opposing players while in uniform. Lol.
