Mets Police Morning Laziness: Mets promote vulgar message on twitter

vul·gar
adjective
lacking sophistication or good taste; unrefined.

SLACKISH REACTION:   My blog is not about being popular.  I have lots of places to send you if you want that.  I know this will make me very unpopular today but I have chosen to disassociate myself from Vulgar Pete Alonso who continues to spread the LFGM culture.  What is worse is the actual Mets have now tweeted it and shame on them. Warning Adult Content below:

Brandon Nimmo channeled his inner Matt Harvey and tweeted about a bank. Nimmo hadn’t tweeted since September 30th before tweeting about this and congratulating Vulgar Pete Alonso and then soon thereafter promoting a bank.

My new favorite writer is this guy that did not vote for Vulgar Pete.

There were FIVE Aces.  Now there are four, except it’s really two, and we fired The Pitching Guru Manager and replaced him with Inexperienced Carlos Beltran who is of course really good with pitchers I guess.

Wags sounded kinda jerky to me last night.

Wow, I am blown away by this. Nice job by Brownie here. Now sure Snoopy’s game will translate to Peppermint Park, and he will slot nice in that lineup….but this is a great job by Brownie going for the rebuild.

The Top 5 Star Wars Villains.

So let’s look at what they got back.  The kid Doug can play second, which means Linus can play SS until 2021 at which point Rerun should be ready to take over.  Pat is a much better pitcher than Charlie and upgrades the rotation. Steve immediately upgrades the OF and probably moves Lucy to a 4th OFer spot which also helps both the lineup and the bench.  And two young kindergarteners mean this team won’t have a barren systemin the 2020s.

Overall, a very good trade.

NOT LINKING:  The new thing blogs get to do is randomly speculate on the next pitching coach.
