Wikipedia tells us that a Long Con is

Hmmm. Can you think of any greedy desperate people who are going to surrender their valuables? I can.
Yesterday, Mets fans seemed interested to learn that Michael Wacha is repped by…..wait for it…..CAA.
Gee, what a coincidence most of those people thought.

Mr. Wacha was 6-7 last season (shut up old man Wins are stupid!!!!) with a 4.76 ERA (shut up old man ERA is stupid!!!!) and a 0.2 WAR, which makes him slightly better than an imaginary pitcher.
Now if you want to say his the 5th starter, OK fine. All I ever want out of my 5th starter is EAT INNINGS, You can go 10-24 as one as you eat innings. So friends, take a look here and tell em what you see. I see a lot of short starts. THAT IS NOT GOOD WAGS!
The other thing nobody listens to me about, and come back in a year, is that YOU WILL REGRET TRADING DOM SMITH.
I know that there’s zero chance the Mets or any team would have the gumdrops to trade Pete Alonso….but I predict you’re gonna regret that you didn’t trade Pete at high value. I know you millennials love your OPS but I keep staring at the second half splits.
Anyway I have a better chance of convincing Trump to fight the climate emergency, and that is way way more important, than convincing y’all to listen to me on this so I will go argue with Trump and just post Dom’s MVP numbers when they happen. Until then, as Spock says, REMEMBER.
