Gonna be honest here. I liked the 7pm start last night.
I had an awesome weekend. Saturday I blew off the Mets and socially distanced at the beach – I socially distanced at the beach before it was even a thing, I’m the weirdo off by himself.
Then yesterday I hung out poolside in the sun. Then at 7, I flipped open YouTube TV and watched the Mets. The start time fit nicely into my day.
I know I am supposed to be against Sunday Night Baseball and I am the first one to kill the Mets for not playing on Saturday Afternoon…..but for this fan-less season….I kinda liked the 7pm start and wish all Sundays were at 7.
I realize this makes me a horrible person and I fully expect Pete Alonso to come at me hard on his blog for this terrible opinion, but I am being honest….I liked it.
