Mets: The arterial blood clot in Dillon Gee’s right shoulder has resolved (2 of 5)

Mets: and Dillon will be discharged from New York-Presbyterian Hospital today. (3 of 5)

Mets: During the next several days, Dillon will consider additional treatment options, (4 of 5)

Mets: including possible surgery, to prevent a recurrence of clotting in the same location. (5 of 5)

Some really serious stuff going on there if he is thinking about more surgery.Yikes.

Mets to Wear 1989 Road Jerseys vs Padres?

According to @MetsBro on twitter (who has been very good with his info) the Mets will be wearing their 1989 road jerseys vs the San Diego Padres on Aug. 3rd. So let’s see if this becomes official official.

We must be getting closer to the day all the teams wear their old Turn Ahead the Clock Jerseys again. That would be an awesome time travel paradox if they did…
