Remember Dan Murphy? Â Fan favorite…led the team in home runs in 2009? Â Was the starting first baseman coming into the season? Â You remember Dan don’t you?

Forbeshas done another one of their surveys, this one about the best fans in the Big 4 sports.
Maybe it’s because nobody showed up Sunday or maybe it’s because of jerks like me who have thrown in the towel on August 3rd… but we’re not on it.
The Yankees are #15 and the Phillies #16.
That got me thinking. The Mets are on the way to being one of those loser franchises that talks about a championship that happened last century. If Phillies fans bust out a 19-80-6 chant what could we say?
Once the franchise had won 2 rings in it’s first 25 years. Now it’s 2 in the first 48. The Marlins laugh at that.
