Injoy the Floating Feeling Part 2

So after a day of gooning around, I arrived home to find a package from the NY METS. That’s odd I thought to myself. I opened it and guess what. Its the floating ball present I already received earlier in the year for being a ticket plan holder.

This has to be a mistake right? Anyone else get an extra one from the Mets?

There is one other thing of note to mention. The instructions were not in broken english this time. I miss Injoy the Floating Feeling. I think all of us fans are missing being able to Injoy the Floating Feeling this second half of the season.

Also since Shannon is busy this week and I am watching the store and you guys have any times sensitive breaking news, you can E-Mail me at [email protected]. Other wise just keep sending everything else to Shannon.

Lower Prices? Better Seats? HUH?

The Flushing Flash got sent out this morning and it included this lil gem about better seats for lower prices.
I compared the Sunday price for my tickets against the price on the the website. SAME AREA, SAME PRICE! In fact it seems all the tickets are the same.
What does this slogan mean? Lower ticket prices compared to what? Last year?
Better seats? did they fix the sight line problems?
I don’t get this ad at all.

Also interesting in this picture Wright is wearing pinstripes. That should make Shannon happy at least. I wonder how many times they will wear those during the homestand this week.

Happy Father’s Day from the NY METS

Happy Fathers Day to all the Dads out there today. Enjoy your day of relaxing,BBQing,and watching the Mets today.Hopefully the Mets will give you guys all the great gift of them taking today’s rubber game.

Mets vs. Yankees 6/19

Reyes hit two home runs for basically all the Mets scoring today. Pelfrey has a second straight game where he did not look sharp as he has in other games this year. The bullpen kept the Mets in the game and I actually felt they had a chance to come back.

I really do not have a feeling of dread this year like I did with the team for the previous two years.

I also think Santana is going to have a good game tomorrow with some timely hitting and the Mets will win. Yes I am confident of a win tomorrow.
