It certainly makes for fascinating television.
Could you imagine Howie Rose on WFAN giving the play-by-play of Banner Day. I think my banner would simply say “Thank you for brining back Banner Day!”

Hi , Was this the last banner day? When was the last one if it was not? and does anybody know when the Mets had their last scheduled Doubleheader (one that was not madea Dh becuase of a rain out and was on the schedule as a Double header before the season startd. 1985? 1986? thank you
