More Overanalyzing The New York Mets Citibank Ad

This morning’s MLB email blast is inviting us to buy fan bricks.  As part of the email they included the Citibank ad again (see left).

Look at the father and son…now I really think they just photoshopped in Generic Stadium Crowd because why would Citi and the Mets use actual Mets fans at Citi Field?

Anyways…

The Citi Field Fanwalk is expanding outside the Jackie Robinson Rotunda to include a new offering of bricks that will be installed along the first and third base sides of the Rotunda for the 2010 season.

Order your brick TOMORROW at 8:00am on mets.com

Citi Field Fanwalk: Amazin’ Moments
will provide fans the opportunity to recognize their families, friends, and favorite Mets moments within a new area of the Fanwalk that will graphically honor some of the greatest moments in Mets history.

Every order includes an exclusive brick replica for a great keepsake.

All net proceeds benefit charity through the Mets Foundation.

  1. Isn't that the same kid that's in the SNY commercial? You know, the kid that hits the cable guy in the head with a ball and then laughs. Don't you just want to slap that kid silly?
