How do I get Mrs. Mets Police to wear this and is it weird if it says Mazzilli?

I think these are neat and might look nice on a pretty Mets fan.  Earlier in the week we discussed if it’s cool to personalize a jersey with your own name or if you should always get a player name.

If I buy this for her and I’m kissing her and it says “Mazzilli 13” on the back, is that…you know…weird?

She won’t wear it anyway.

  1. Whenever I picture Mazzilli, it’s as #16, and even when he and Stearns flipped 12 & 16.
    I also remember when “Mazzili 16” was probably the most common jersey to see young ladies wearing at Shea.
    But, then again, I am a bit of a dinosaur

    1. I associate Mazzilli with 16 as well…but for a 1987 jersey I would have to get her a 13. Unless I get her a 1978 retro. Do they sell those? She’s not wearing it anyway.

      Was trying to figure out how I get out of Easter to attend the workout and take lousy pictures.
