Here’s a cap that the Mets are giving away on Saturday June 26th. Â Max didn’t like this one either.
I think it’s a good summer/beach cap. Â Wear it, let it get bleached by sun and chlorine, grass stains and suntan lotion, and don’t worry about it.
I checked and it appears that this game is not part of the Saturday Plus plan which seems to include a few minuses. Â That’s annoying.

Woah woah – I never said I didn’t like this hat! In fact, I like this hat quite a bit, it’s a nice inverted cap. I’ve actually been looking for an inverted cap with the right shades of orange and blue – imagine it, an orange cap with blue uni’s… deep.

No worries! I just also agree that black should be removed from the Mets color scheme. According to wikipedia (which really shouldn’t be trusted) black is an official color of the Mets: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_York_Mets
I salute the Orange, White and Blue. It’s like adding black to the American flag… irk.

I’m glad it’s a giveaway; I don’t think I’d ever actually buy an orange cap. Still, it’s not that bad looking.
Hey I like it, and would even buy it. I have the orange Shea Stadium hat also. Its Mets colors so I am ok with it.
