The Mets have worn the dopey black tops 6 days in a row now, while going 1-5.
They don’t look good on the field (if you want to wear one as a civilian on your date tonight go ahead), and it’s not like they have been lucky.
Johan goes tonight, and he tends to like the black jerseys unfortunately, and then Dickey who also tends to like them.

Again, next year’s 50th season gives the Mets a nice perfect excuse to roll back in time. Â Save the black for when John Franco nostalgia rolls around circa 2020. Â Right now the team just looks sloppy in all ways, including attire.
