Last night on Versus — saw, for the first time, a new show (or maybe it’s been around and I’ve just missed it) called Baseball’s Best Rivalries. It featured the Mets’ and Phillies’ all-time rivalry. Took this screenshot of Johnny Franco from 1993. I know you’ll just LOVE it.

I don’t remember these at all. I do see I have a receipt from Rekall technologies from 1993 and sometimes people think I am someone named Quaid but I don’t remember this at all.
I’m experiencing this horror show for the first time.
I will say one thing, at least it isn’t black. Which brings us to the impossible poll results…
Last time out you were asked if the devil made you choose between black or underline which would you pick? Surprisingly 58% picked underline. I thought more of you young whippersnappers would pick black – or maybe my old fogey blog appeals to fat middle aged guys with man-crushes on Lee Mazzilli.
