  2. He had to have known it was coming. I find it hard to believe this was a shock to him. Hell, when he was on Beningo last week they were all talking as if he wasn’t coming back. A couple of last words would have been nice.

  3. Like I always said: He should have resigned as a gentleman, not thrown out like yesterday’s newspaper.
    If it was a shock to him, he was in deeper denial than the Koolaiders among us.
