Michael’s cap compromise – now with pictures!

Here’s Michael’s caps compromise from this morning but now with pictures (after the click here to read more tab)

In the spirit of compromise, how about if the Mets wear blue caps like these 1936-39 Giants caps 

or these 1940-46 Giants caps 

(substituting, of course, orange for red – like this  ), or perhaps even these 1928-30 Giants caps  for home games

(great with Snow Whites or even with the home uniform shown here

that could easily be altered for the Mets- wait, that pretty much is the Snow Whites!) and black caps like these or perhaps, if one needs a hybrid cap, something like this 

(pardon the amateurish photoshopping) to go along with their road uniforms that strongly resemble these 1947-57 Giants uniforms for road games?
