Mookiee Podcast 19: Yogi Berra

club level yogi

This week on I’d Just As Soon Kiss A Mookiee, we are joined by Greg Prince as we discuss Yogi Berra’s time with the Mets.

We did talk about the possibility of a uniform patch which may seem in conflict with my statements on twitter not to have that discussion today.  We were scheduled to record the podcast today, and as the podcast cycle lasts about a week, and not everyone listens on the day of release, I thought it made sense to incorporate it into our discussion.  However, I think Paul Lukas is right in that folks should take a day to remember the passing of a person before worrying about uniforms.  So maybe I am a hypocrite or a half hypocrite, but I felt like we had done 30+ minutes on Yogi, and not the beaten path Yogi story you will get in many places, so I’m ok with the decision.

A podcast about the Mets and Star Wars. This week Greg Prince joins us to discuss the passing of Yogi Berra.
