Mets Police Morning Laziness: Mickey Watch Watch, Gary Sterling, Harvey Day, and more rules violations

Yesterday I declared The Mickey Watch Watch Watch.  (Read it for explanation).  And props to me people, I nailed it.  Since I wrote that there have already been TWO articles (at least) about Mickey Hodges.  The shine is off.

SLACKISH REACTION: Even when the Mets were winning I felt like they would lose. I hate that I wasted the day inside but it was rainy all day and I was tired.

Here’s today’s clip of future Hall of Famer Gary Cohen with some Sterlingitis…

Later in the game however, Gary showed his future HOF form by doing an actual call!

The below is a rules violation. The rule is stupid. It is not my rule. However it is a rule violation.

Now how about this…is that a Nike Swoosh on that compression sleeve?

I hope not, because according to the CBA….

Although it is possible the MLBPA and MLB jointly approved its usage.

It was Harvey Day in Colorado.  Here’s the recap.

Should be a long long day in Atlanta.  Need your best today One True Ace.
