It may seem like small beans to some, but things like this show how truly disconnected with and unaware of Mets tradition these people are. A BROWN Mets cap? Really Omar?? REALLY?Would you ever see Brian Cashman walking around Yankee camp in a red Yankees cap? I guess it’s a slight improvement over the lavender one Omar was wearing the other day. Yeesh.
Yea don’t know why these guys shun the traditional colors. For me I just bought a blue fitted cap for 2010 and a sweet hoodie in blue and orange. Lookin at that pic up there, all I see is dumb and dumberer
lets see a pic of that hoodie. Is it zipperless? I have one of those. Or are “hoodies” by definition zipper-included. I’m old. I call them sweatshirts.

and you know how many ridiculously colored Yankees caps are sold and worn around NYC? mind-boggling. I’ve even seen a blue and orange one!
EXACTLY. The Yankees SELL tons of stuff…but they don’t wear them on the field. WINNING sells merch, not looking like clowns on the field.
